Trust Support

Support and security reporting

Use this page to find the current public support and security reporting path for Artax. It explains where to ask for help, how to report vulnerabilities, and what response times to expect.

Public support pathNot a production SLAPublicly documented

Current contact path

Artax publishes support details in SUPPORT.md and security reporting details in SECURITY.md. Use the public issue tracker or support queue for non-sensitive problems, and use a private reporting path for vulnerabilities.

Non-sensitive support

Use the public issue tracker or support queue for non-sensitive problems when one is available.

Security disclosure

Use the private vulnerability reporting channel when one is available. If not, request a private handoff without posting exploit details publicly.

Do not post publicly

Do not paste wallet seeds, private keys, API keys, operator keys, email verification tokens, raw exploit instructions, or unredacted sensitive data into public support threads.

Current limitation

This is a documented support path. It does not claim a staffed 24/7 helpdesk, enterprise response guarantees, or production certification.

Response Targets

Best-effort, not theatrical

Support acknowledgement

Target response: within 3 business days for non-sensitive support reports during active maintenance.

Support triage

Target response: within 5 business days for an initial triage when the report is accepted.

Critical security reports

Target response: acknowledgement within 1 business day, initial triage within 3 business days, and a containment or remediation plan within 5 business days.

High security reports

Target response: acknowledgement within 2 business days, initial triage within 5 business days, and a containment or remediation plan within 10 business days.

Scope and safe use

What this path covers

The Artax web app, API, worker, SDK, browser extension, deployment templates, trust pages, generated docs, and the public claims attached to them.

What it does not cover

Unsupported forks, unrelated third-party service bugs, social engineering against third parties, or universal support for every wallet, browser, or runtime combination.

Safe harbor

Good-faith research that avoids unnecessary harm, follows private reporting expectations for sensitive material, and stays within this policy should not be treated as abuse activity.

Bug bounty

There is currently no public bug bounty for Artax.
